What is hideAWAY’s acceptable payment method?
hideAWAY accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Zip Pay, Afterpay, LAYBUY, and PayPal.
How long does it take for hideAWAY to dispatch my order?
hideAWAY aims to dispatch your order within 3 business days but may need up to 7 - 10 business days in times of high volumes. You will first receive an order confirmation email when you successfully order a product. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to be dispatched.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Sending goods overseas, unfortunately, custom taxes will sometimes be charged on your parcel upon its entry to your country. Unfortunately, customs charges are beyond hideAWAY’s control as they are set by the local government in your country. Therefore all customers outside of Australia may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements as well as additional fees from the courier. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. With customs policies varying widely from country to country, they’re unable to give an answer as to what your customs charges in your country are and what the threshold for importing bath and body products into your country from overseas/internationally.
My order arrived damaged/faulty. Would I please get a refund or replacement?
hideAWAY would love to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with all of your items. If you do experience damaged or faulty item, please send through a picture or video of your leaking items or faulty products to their customer service team at orders@hideaway.online so they can assist further.
What is the return policy?
As their products are of a personal care nature they do not accept returns or exchanges of unopened, opened, and/or used products. hideAWAY does not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. If you receive faulty or damaged products; or receive the wrong order please contact them within 30 days of purchase.
