What is the payment method?
hideAWAY accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Zip Pay, After Pay, LAYBUY, and PayPal.
When you dispatch an order?
hideAWAY aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days but we may need up to 7 - 10 business days in times of high volumes. You will first receive an order confirmation email when you successfully order a product. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to dispatch (after up to 10 days as listed above). After the order has been dispatched.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Because they are a company based in Australia sending goods overseas, unfortunately, custom taxes will sometimes be charged on your parcel upon its entry to your country. Unfortunately, customs charges are beyond their control as they are set by the local government in your country. Therefore all customers outside of Australia may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements as well as additional fees from the courier. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. They can not be liable for any customs, import duties or any other additional fees you may be charged. With customs policies varying widely from country to country, they’re unable to give an answer as to what your customs charges in your country are and what the threshold for importing Bath and Body products into your country from overseas/internationally.
My order arrived damaged/faulty. Can I please get a refund or replacement sent out?
hideAWAY’re so sorry to hear there is an issue with your order, this is definitely not something they want their customers to experience. Could you please send through a picture or video of your Leaking Items or Faulty Products to their Customer Service team at orders@hideaway.online so they can help further assist.
What is the return policy?
As their products are of a personal care nature they do not accept returns or exchanges of unopened, opened, and/or used products. hideAWAY also do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. If you receive faulty or damaged products; or receive the wrong order please contact them within 30 days of purchase.
