How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped from Hey Honey, they send you an e-mail with a tracking number you can use on the shipping carrier’s website (USPS or other designated carrier). You can also find your tracking number by navigating to “My Account” on their website and viewing your orders. You can also contact Hey Honey Customer Care and they can track your order for you.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Hey Honey strives to serve our customers as quickly as possible- this means they will begin to process your order immediately after you submit it. Because of this, they are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please contact Hey Honey if you have questions or concerns regarding your order.
My order arrived damaged/was lost, what should I do?
While Hey Honey cannot control and is not responsible for orders lost or damaged by shipping carriers, they do recommend you contact them if your order was lost, damaged or stolen so they can attempt to correct the issue to the best of their ability. That’s why Hey Honey offers a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product selections, you can return the product for a refund of the purchase price minus the Shipping & Handling fees.
