How much does shipping cost?

There is no shipping charge for Australian orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping. GAZMAN offers express shipping within Australia for a flat rate of AUD$15. They use Australia Post Express Parcel service. There is no shipping charge for New Zealand orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $20 for shipping.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order is dispatched for delivery you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number. You can track the delivery status of your parcel by visiting the Australia Post website and entering your tracking number. Once this tracking number is received you can manage your delivery options directly with Australia Post through your MyPost account or by calling Australia Post on 13 POST (13 7678).

Can I change the delivery address after I have placed an order?

GAZMAN take pride in picking and dispatching orders as quickly as possible therefore it is not always possible to change the delivery address after the order has been placed. If you would like to amend the delivery address on your order they will endeavour to do so if your order has not already been dispatched.

How do I return or exchange an online order?

GAZMAN want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund by following the instructions below:
