How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming dispatch which will contain your tracking information.
What if my order is shown as being delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your order is listed as being delivered, but you haven’t received it you should:
* Check if someone else at your address has accepted it
* Look around the delivery location, your order may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour
* Check for a notification of attempted delivery. If you have received this please follow the instructions listed to receive your order
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, they can update the delivery address for you. If you’d like them to update the delivery address for you, please contact Fragrance Direct via live chat or phone. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, they are unable to alter the delivery address.
