Can I purchase empty wicker baskets?

Unfortunately, Fortnum & Mason does not sell empty wicker baskets as an individual item; they can only be purchased as a part of a hamper. This can be a pre-packed hamper or a bespoke hamper.

How can I order bespoke hampers or create my own hamper?

Fortnum & Mason offers a bespoke ‘Create Your Own Hamper’ service on their website and also via their telephone ordering line. To use the online service, simply add the items you want to your order as normal, click on the basket icon to review your selection and then on ‘pay securely’. In the checkout, choose the delivery address and the option to add a gift hamper appears below. The section will open to show you the available hamper sizes. A small hamper takes 1-4 items, a medium hamper up to 8 items and a large hamper 9-18 items. According to the number of items you have selected, the hampers in which the items will fit will be available to select. Some fresh food items (such as meat, selected cheeses and some fish products), personalised items, gift cards, fragile items and items already in a gift box are not eligible for their bespoke hamper service. If you have any of these products in your basket, the ‘add a hamper’ section will not appear.
