Can I return my item for an exchange?

Unfortunately, Forcast do not process exchanges within their Online Department, however, you can take the item you wish to exchange to any Forcast store along with your invoice and their team will be able to assist in processing this for you.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

If you’ve placed an order and require a change of address, email them as soon as possible with your order number and correct shipping address at online@forcast.com.au. Their team will be able to change the address on your order if the status is still processing.

Can someone else collect my parcel for me?

Yes, but you will need to contact Australia Post first to provide the details of the person that will be collecting the parcel. The person will need to bring their photo ID and your order number when collecting the parcel at the post office.

Can I Refund a Sale Item?

Items that are purchased as permanently reduced stock cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty. In this case, the Online Department needs to be notified and the order needs to be returned back to its Online Department for further assessment.

A refund will be issued for the amount paid if your item is deemed faulty. If your item is not faulty you can return your Sale item for an Online Store Credit, or return it in store for an Exchange or Giftcard* only.
