What form of payments are accepted?
Florsheim accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Florsheim do not accept cheques, money orders, COD’s, or cash. They can only accept Australia/NZ-issued Credit Cards.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You may cancel any item or your complete order, as long as it has not entered the shipping process stage. Please email
internet.orders@florsheim.co.nz. Florsheim will do their best to fulfil your request.
How do I track an order that I placed on your website?
The day your Florsheim order departs from their warehouse you will receive an automated email confirmation. This confirmation will include your tracking number. Copy your tracking number to Florsheim to view the movement of the package.
What if I receive merchandise that is defective or incorrect?
Florsheim stand behind our Florsheim footwear within reason. If you received defective merchandise or an incorrect shipment from their website, please contact internet.orders@florsheim.co.nz. If you purchased defective merchandise from a retail store, please contact shop@florsheim.co.nz.
How do I return or exchange items purchased online?
Florsheim returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Florsheim cannot accept any merchandise back that has visible signs of wear and tear, and items must be returned in the original packaging. To determine if shoes are a correct fit, they recommend trying them on carpeted surfaces to avoid visible wear to the sole.
Any items purchased at a reduced price are eligible for exchange only.
