What if I miss my delivery?

Don’t worry. Like any courier service, a card with a new proposed delivery time will be posted through your door, allowing you to arrange to be there on the next delivery. Delivery via Parcelforce Couriers will take place between 8 am - 5.30 pm. If you’re not at home a card will be left to notify you. Two attempts at delivery will be made and if they are unsuccessful on the second attempt, your order will be sent back to Feather and Down.

Does Feather and Down deliver to a work address?

Yes, as long as the driver can access the site easily and is able to leave the parcel with you or at a reception desk.

What if my tracking number states my order has been delivered but I have not received it?

If your order tracking number states your order has been delivered, unfortunately, Feather and Down are unable to action anything further with your order as they have proof of delivery through their system. If the tracking number does not show as delivered and it is outside of the below delivery window, please contact them at help@creightons.com

What if I have accidentally put the wrong delivery address on my order?

If the address is wrong on your order and it has not been processed for dispatch, then please contact Feather and Down at help@creightons.com so they can amend this for you. If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, they are unable to amend the address. They would advise you to get in touch with the courier service confirmed in your dispatched confirmation email and ask for a redirect.

I have received the incorrect item/missing an item from my order, what should I do?

Feather and Down is sorry this has happened to you, please contact them within 2 working days of receiving your parcel at help@creightons.com so they can help resolve this with their dispatch team. They will then look to organise for the replacement to be sent out to you within 3 working days.
