How long will it take to ship my order?

Due to the bulky nature of our DockATots, Australian Parcels are sent with Australia Post.

New Zealand Parcels are sent bulk air freight - North Island transit 2-3 weeks and South Island 3-4 weeks.

What is the shipping costs?

Free Shipping for orders over $199 inc GST across Australia.

Australian orders less than $199 inc GST, will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $15.

New Zealand orders are calculated by total order weight. The shipping charge will be calculated at the end of the checkout process.

Do you ship International?

DockATot supply DockATot across Australia and New Zealand only. Please refer to www.dockatot.com for distributors in other countries.

What is the return policy?

Items purchased directly from DockATot are returnable (excluding shipping) within a 14 day period from the date of purchase, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached.

Please contact support@dockatot.com.au if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted DockATot prior to sending the item(s) back. You will be required to provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorised.
