What is the payment method?
DERMAE accepts Mastercard, Visa and PayPal transactions. Unfortunately, DERMAE do not accept American Express.
Do you ship overseas?
DERMAE currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand where orders are sent via Australia Post.

How long does it generally take before I receive the items I have purchased?
Depending on where you live, they ask customers to allow shipping time of approx 7-10 business days to receive your order.

When will my order arrive?
Approximately 7-10 working days, however sometimes the postal service does become quite busy (Easter, Christmas and those special occasions….or just “because”).
DERMAE will endeavour to get your derma e products to you as quickly as possible.
How can I return a product?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with one of their products you purchased from DERMAE or the product was damaged during transit, simply return it along with the original order confirmation or packing slip to us within 45 days. DERMAE will gladly replace the same product or swap it for a different one for you to try. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
