Day-Timer want you to be delighted with your purchase. If any product you order from Day-Timer fails to meet your expectations (and you are the sole judge), you may return it immediately, for a prompt refund, exchange or credit.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you can return it immediately in good condition for a prompt refund, exchange or credit. Handling and carriage fee not refundable. How long will it take to receive a refund?
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at their warehouse but please allow 14 days for clearance to your card account.
