What is the payment method?
Daisy accepts American Express, VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Carte Bancaire (France), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I add/amend my order?
Yes, if you contact them within an hour of placing the order it may be possible to amend your order. If it’s regarding changing the delivery address they would suggest ringing them or emailing straight away.
However, if you require adding another item to your order, Daisy suggest placing a separate order and then informing them so they can match up your orders.
Do I need to pay duties on my order?
If you’re based within the EU, your duties and taxes are covered by Daisy London. However, if you are placing an order outside of the UK or EU, you may be asked to pay extra in addition to your shipping fees to cover any costs associated with importing parcels to your country.
What is the exchange policy?
If you require a different size or want to exchange what you’ve bought for another piece of jewellery, they are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (overseas). To proceed with an exchange, simply fill out the slip that came with your parcel, tick the exchange box and state which item you’d like to swap it for. If the new item is more expensive, a member of their team will call you to take the additional payment and subsequently they’ll refund you your money if the item is of a lower value. They try to arrange exchanges and refunds as fast as they can but during busy periods, it can take up to two weeks.
Can I get a VAT refund?
Daisy’re sorry that they don’t have the facility to deduct VAT when charging for goods online. If you’re a resident in the Channel Islands and qualify for a VAT refund, please email the Daisy website with your contact details and your order number once your goods have been delivered. Daisy’ll then credit the amount of VAT charged back to you. VAT should be claimed back within 14 days of placing your order.
