What is the payment method?
CTemplar accepts payment via:
* Credit card (Stripe as a payment processor)
* Bitcoin
* Monero (XMR). Currently, they are only accepting Monero (XMR) payment via email. After the user sends the Monero and the transaction is confirmed, the user’s account will be credited & upgraded.
You can pay monthly or yearly. When you pay yearly, a discount is automatically applied.
They currently do not accept cash.
What is the refund policy?
They offer 14 Day Money Back Guarantee for credit card payments.
You are entitled to a full refund for any paid email-accounts during a 14 day period after the payment was made OR until the service is used, whichever comes first.
The service provided is considered “used” when the first email is sent.
Refunds for cryptocurrency purchases are not available.
How do I downgrade my subscription?
You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time. By canceling your subscription, your account will be reverted to a free account.
To cancel at the end of the current billing cycle:
* Go to Settings > General > Payments
* Select Recurring Billing: No
Your subscription will automatically stop at the end of your billing date.
To downgrade (to another plan or back to Free):
* Go to Settings > Dashboard and plans > Plans
* Select desired plan
* A pop-in will be displayed: click on Cancel subscription
Your subscription will be canceled immediately.
Do you offer IMAP?
Currently, CTemplar is not compatible with IMAP/SMTP; however, they are planning to add this functionality in the near future. This also means they don’t integrate with email clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, K9, iOS Mail, etc.
