How do I track my order?
International orders are dispatched from their Central hub. You will receive an email with tracking information 24 hours after the dispatch of your order. Please note that for orders dispatched on a Friday you will receive your tracking information email on the following Monday.

What payment methods do you accept?
They accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and other payment methods such as PayPal.
During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on the screen.
I made a return and have not been refunded, what to do?
For returned items, it can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:
*Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse
*Processing and inspection for refund approval
*Authorization to finance department to issue a refund
*It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once their finance department process the refund.
Should your refund not be processed within the 21 business days, please send them the tracking number for the returned package so that they can investigate further.
I received a damaged item, what to do?
They’re very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition.
In order for them to follow this up with their shipping partner, they kindly ask you to send photos of:
*The damaged item
*The inner and outer packaging
How much will it cost to ship to my country?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:
*Destination country
*Size/weight of the package
*Shipping method selected
They offer several different shipping methods including airmail, standard courier, and express courier. The prices for each available option will be displayed at checkout.
If you cannot see your country listed, then it is likely that they do not currently ship there.
