What is the payment method?
Catalyst accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and American Express), Debit Cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, they will be happy to assist you in cancelling your order. Simply contact them by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If your order has been fulfilled or the shipping confirmation has been sent to your email than they are unable to cancel your order and you will be required to follow the return process.
Do not worry. You will be covered under their 30 days Return Policy in such situation. You may return the package to them for a refund on the cost of the product. When the package arrives at your mailing address, please either reject the package, or put a tick on the “RETURN TO SENDER” checkbox, while taking care not to open the package, and take the package back to your nearest post office to be sent back to us.

What if I received the wrong items?
Catalyst do their best to get all the orders right the first time, and their goal is to ensure the highest satisfaction to all their customers. There are infrequent cases when they get orders mixed up because of the high volumes of orders they receive each day, but you do not have to worry. Catalyst are here to help, and their customer representatives will be more than happy to help.
What you need to do:
* Send a photo of the wrong item that you received to their Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
* In your Subject Line, include: “The wrong Item Received” & your “Order Number”
* Upon reviewing your email, they will send the correct item out as soon as they can.
If you would like a refund instead, simply return all the wrong items or the entire order back to them for a full refund. All items have to be returned for the full refund desired. For orders with multiple items, if you decide to keep some items and return the rest, partial refunds will be credited back to your account.
What is the return policy?
Products purchased from Catalyst are entitled to return under their 30-Day Return Policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the product(s) to them within 30 days for a product refund.
What is the warranty for the replacement product?
A replacement product is warranted for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period.
