Bunty accepts Amazon Payment, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Master Card, Maestro, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
I have received the faulty/damaged item. What do I do?
If you have received the wrong item please contact them with photos of the wrong item and they will look into the matter. If a product you have bought develops a fault please contact them with details so they can look into this for you.
What is your return policy?
Here at Bunty, they offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy. The item must be in new condition still and not damaged. If the original packaging has been removed for example to try on a harness but it doesn’t fit then don’t worry. They will happily exchange it still.
Please contact them before returning your item so you can get a free post label ensuring a safe and quick return of your product. Please note they only offer free post labels when an item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent out. If you have ordered in error or don’t like the item then you would be liable for the shipping charges back. If you are eligible for a full refund this will be put back on your card within 3-5 working days.
I have received a damaged item. What do I do?
If your item has arrived damaged please do not remove the packaging and send photos of the damage to them.
