If you received a product in the wrong size or with the colour problem, email Bellelily your message pictures, order number and an item number within 7 days of receiving the product. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by their customer service team.
The return shipping fee is at customers’ own expense. The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories.

Processing time takes usually 1-8 business days. Please verify that your payment has processed and that none of the items your ordered are back-ordered or sold out.
