Why do l need to register again when running the portable version of AOMEI Backupper Technician that has been registered already?
The possible reason is that another edition of the AOMEI Backupper has been installed in the current system. Two different editions cannot coexist in a system.
Why can’t l generate a task via importing an image file?
It may because the image file you imported has the corresponding task in the task list of the Home screen so there was no new task being generated after importing. In this case, you need to delete the corresponding task, then import it again.
