Can I get free shipping at Aje.?

If you spend over $350, you’ll be able to get FREE shipping. A flat rate of $10 will be applied if orders are under $350. Free shipping is not valid however during Aje.‘s sale periods. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

All national orders are sent via Express, with it taking 48 hours for your order to be processed and then 1-3 days for postage to major cities, 3-4 day delivery for areas outside of the CBD, with country areas taking longer.

Can I buy something from the boutique over the phone?

If you would like an item that is at the time out of stock on the website you are more than welcome to contact any of their boutiques who can process your order over the phone and they will post the item to you. Standard Shipping charges apply.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, sale pieces can be returned for an e-Boutique credit which is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue granted that the item meets our conditions of return.

I’ve seen an item online, is it available in store?

Aje. cannot guarantee that all items are available in store. Select styles are online exclusive or previous season, which is no longer available in store. They recommend calling their boutiques ahead of time to secure that the stock is available.
